Privacy notice

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password, if you create an account.
• What you submit: station reports and, later, owner and range reports. These include the city and driving context you choose to give.
• Product analytics: which tools and pages are used, with a random key that lasts only for your browser tab. We do not store your IP address, email or account with these events.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers, sell personal data, or collect more than a feature needs. Calculator inputs stay in your browser.

Why we use it

To run your account, to publish aggregated owner data (never your email), to moderate reports, and to keep the service secure. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in running a reliable service.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, and delete your own reports and your account. Contact hello@electrivic.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Security and storage

Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Sign-in attempts are rate-limited. Data is stored with our hosting providers, which may be outside Nigeria; we use providers with appropriate safeguards.
